Accepted payment types are Cash, Checks, Paypal, Venmo and major Credit Cards. Please make checks payable to GHEKo Designs. Any checks returned to GHEKo Designs for non-payment will have an additional fee of $30 applied to total. PAYMENT IS DUE AT PICKUP, unless otherwise agreed upon and documented. Unfortunately, mistakes do happen. While we strive to have every garment print perfectly, we have a spoilage rate of 5% per print location or 5 pieces, whichever is higher. If you are supplying your own garments, we are not liable for any garment spoilage if the garment cost $10 or more. 100% POLYESTER GARMENT DISCLAIMER: When printing on polyester, nylon or blends, we print with polyester inks which have dye blocking built in. This is to help prevent any dye migration from the garment color into the ink. However, we cannot guarantee the garment dye will not migrate and we are not responsible for migrated garments, even over and above the spoilage rate. Quote pricing is valid for 30 days from the date of creation. Garment prices and decorating cost will be locked in during that time. Production dates are not valid or set until the quote is approved, and are subject to change at anytime. Mockups are not to scale. Please reference section on quote, "Customer Notes", for exact artwork size, placement and colors. Please check this information and the artwork carefully as once artwork is approved, we are not liable for mistakes.

Refund Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may either return your order for a full refund or exchange it. You can return or exchange your purchase for up to 14 days. Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition in which they were received. Some customized products may not be eligible for refund. Please contact us to request your refund.

Delivery Policy

All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday – Friday. The shipping provider information and tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier and will be provided when the product has been shipped. The rate charged for shipping is based on the weight of the product and your location. Signatures are required on orders exceeding $10,000.
